Your journey from Tingri to Rongbuk (4,980 meters/16,340) feet covering approximately 70- 90 kilometers through breathtaking high-altitude landscapes. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest’s North Face, and witness Tibetan nomadic life and wildlife like yaks and antelopes. Upon arrival, explore Rongbuk Monastery, the world’s highest monastery, and soak in the awe-inspiring scenery of Everest. You will embark on a short but exhilarating journey from Rongbuk to Everest Base Camp (5,200m), just 8 kilometers away whether by vehicle or on foot. You will travel from Rongbuk to Kerung, covering approximately 160 kilometers in 6-8 hours by vehicle. The journey takes you through scenic landscapes, gradually descending in altitude from the high Tibetan plateau. As you approach Kerung, the environment becomes greener and more temperate. Upon arrival, you'll settle into your accommodation and prepare for your border crossing into Nepal the next day.

Begin your journey from Keerung (Kyirong) to Kathmandu early in the morning, enjoying the scenic drive through lush hills, winding rivers, and charming villages. Midway, stop for a delightful lunch at a local restaurant before
continuing along the Trishuli River, soaking in the beauty of Nepal's countryside. Arrive in Kathmandu by late afternoon or early evening, check into your hotel, and take some time to relax.
