Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, a friendly representative from Adventure Advisor Nepal will be there to greet us and provide transportation to our designated hotel. After settling in at the hotel, unwind yourself. In the evening, a warm welcome dinner will be hosted by AAN. During this delightful dinner, we will have the opportunity to savor authentic Nepalese cuisine, giving you a taste of the rich culinary culture of the country. We enjoy overnight stay in Kathmandu.
On the second day, we'll embark on a day tour in Kathmandu, a city adorned with artistic palaces, beautiful monuments, ancient temples, and structures of historical and cultural significance, boasts seven out of the ten UNESCO-listed world heritage sites. Today's itinerary includes a guided exploration of these UNESCO-listed heritage sites in Kathmandu, showcasing the rich history, vibrant culture, and architectural treasures of Nepal. Our journey begins at Kathmandu Durbar Square, where the palaces, temples, and monuments are adorned with exquisite art, crafts, and carvings. Subsequently, we will be guided to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa, each offering a unique cultural experience.
In the morning, a designated vehicle will pick up from your hotel for a scenic drive to the enchanting lakeside city of Pokhara. The journey unfolds along the picturesque Prithvi Highway, lasting approximately six to seven hours, offering breathtaking views of the Trishuli River, hills, and villages in the first half. The second leg of the drive captivates with countryside landscapes and lush greenery. Upon reaching Pokhara, we will be transferred to a hotel where we can check in and take a well-deserved rest. In the evening, a leisurely walk along the lakeside provides captivating views of lakes and mountains. Tonight, accommodation will be at a hotel in Pokhara.
In the early morning, following breakfast, we embark on a brief one-hour drive to Nayapul, the actual starting point of our trek. From Nayapul, our trek commences, guiding us through a verdant landscape towards Birethanti, a thriving town inhabited by members of ethnic communities. Navigating through the streets of Birethanti, we traverse bamboo forests and pass by a waterfall. Continuing our journey, we proceed towards Ranghai, ascending the valley until we reach the village of Tikhedhunga. Tonight, accommodation will be at a guesthouse/lodge in Tikhedhunga.
Today, we traverse a suspension bridge spanning a lively stream, making our way up the stone-paved step stairs to reach Ulleri. Situated at an elevation of 2800 meters, Ulleri is a substantial village predominantly inhabited by the Magar community. Ascending through the town, we navigate across scenic meadows to our designated lunch spot at the campsite. Continuing our journey, we progress along the trail, crossing two streams and ascending towards Nagenthanti. The path leads us higher until we emerge in the captivating village of Ghorepani.Upon reaching Ghorepani, we are treated to breathtaking vistas of prominent peaks such as Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Tukuche, Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. Hiunchuli, and more. Tonight, we rest at a guesthouse in Ghorepani, where we will enjoy our dinner.
Awakening with the first light, we venture into the early morning to capture the mesmerizing sunrise unfolding from Poonhill, a coveted viewpoint nestled within Nepal's Annapurna region. This renowned spot is celebrated for its striking perspectives of both sunrise and sunset, casting a panoramic gaze upon the majestic mountains that form the Annapurna range. The ethereal glow of the morning sun, painting the Annapurna massif in hues of gold, is a truly remarkable spectacle. Poonhill's charm extends beyond, showcasing a sweeping panorama that encompasses iconic peaks like Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Tukuche Peak, Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. VarahaShikhar, Mt. Annapurna I, II, III, IV, Mt. Machhapuchhre, LamjungHimal, and more. Each mountain contributes to the enchantment of this hallowed place. Following our immersion in these breathtaking vistas, we retrace our path to Ghorepani, where our journey continues along a trail guiding us towards Tadapani. As the day concludes, we find relaxation in a guesthouse or lodge in Tadapani, where a wholesome meal awaits us.
Approaching the end of our trek, today we descend through a forested area with scenic views to Ghandruk, a renowned Gurung village in the Annapurna region. From Ghandruk, we proceed to Kimche, where we catch a vehicle to our Pokhara hotel. In the evening, explore Pokhara's streets. Enjoy the pristine air by Phewa Lake with mountain views. Optionally, take a city sightseeing tour at an extra cost. Tonight, we stay at a Pokhara hotel.
Wrapping up our journey, we drive back following the familiar route along the Prithvi Highway to Kathmandu. Once we arrive, we'll be seamlessly transferred to our designated hotel in Kathmandu. Tonight's accommodation is arranged in a hotel in Kathmandu.
Today our adventure in Nepal come at the end to say good bye. Collecting memories we proceed for the airport. Our representative will escorts us to the airport.
