Itinerary

Day 1

Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, our friendly representative will warmly greet you. Then you will be escorted to your hotel. Once you've completed the check-in process, our representative will brief you about your upcoming tour.

After refreshing and getting ready, you can proceed to visit the renowned Pashupatinath Temple for a memorable sightseeing experience, situated along the banks of holy river Bagmati, on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. The temple is dedicated to Shiva the destroyer and creator together. In the bank of the river funeral process take place, where frequently the scene of cremation, where the dead body, wrapped in a shroud, is laid on a pyre of wood and set on fire. The main entrance of the temple is only for Hindu. The funeral process can be observe from the opposite bank of the Bagmati river. We recommend the utmost respect during the funeral ceremonies. 

Later you visit Boudhanath, also called Bouddha, religious center of the large community of Tibetan exiles in Nepal. A massive white dome-shaped stupa adorned with colorful prayer flags and surrounded by a bustling Tibetan Buddhist community. The stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a center for religious and cultural activities. Stupa is a symbol of peace, enlightenment, and Tibetan Buddhism's rich heritage in Nepal.

Day 2

In the Morning you can enjoy Mountain Flight(Optional) It is about an Hour flight which takes off from Kathmandu to Northeastern Part of Nepal for the spectacular sights of snowcapped mountains including world’s highest peak Mount Everest.

After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Nagarkot. On the way, you'll visit Bhaktapur City. Nagarkot is a natural vantage point located at an elevation of 2150 meters, offering excellent views of the Himalayan panorama, especially during sunrise and sunset. The drive to the mountain is quite windy, with fresh, cool air.

Bhaktapur (Bhadgaon) is the most preserved heritage city of Kathmandu valley which was the independent kingdom until 18th Century. Heritage walk through the typical Newari Town along with the beautiful sights of 300 years old temples, pagodas and courtyards will be the highlight of your tour. You will probably like this city ‘the best’ because of its unique culture, architecture. Here you will find the unique layout of the 15th century palace of 55 Windows, National art gallery, the Golden gate, Big bell, Mahadev temple, Batsala Temple, Bishnu Temple, Royal pond etc are few to mention. Apart from the above you will also visit tall Nyatapola Temple, beautiful courtyard.

Day 3

After breakfast, we'll drive to Panauti, a quaint and fascinating destination in Nepal. It seems as if the town has been preserved exactly as its founders built it, with a nostalgic atmosphere permeating its narrow streets and ancient structures. Panauti is a historic Newari town situated near the Roshi Khola and Punyamata Khola rivers. It is just 32 kilometers to the southeast from Kathmandu.

Dhulikhel: The core area of Dhulikhel has interesting narrow cobbled streets and lanes embedded with number of Hindu Shrines and a few Buddhist Stupa.

Day 4

Embark on a scenic journey to Chitwan, a captivating destination located 150 kilometers away from the vibrant city of Kathmandu. The drive typically takes approximately 5 hours, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking landscapes along the way. Chitwan stands as a crown jewel among Asia's finest wildlife reserves.

Covering an expansive area of 360 square miles, Chitwan boasts of vast tall grasslands and lush forests that serve as the natural habitat for a diverse range of mammals and avian species, some of which are critically endangered.

Upon your arrival, relish a delicious lunch to refuel for the exciting adventures ahead. In the afternoon, engage in immersive jungle activities, including bird watching and a captivating jungle walk. As the sun sets, you'll have the opportunity to attend an enchanting slide show presentation or enjoy a mesmerizing Tharu stick dance performance at the lodge, making your day in Chitwan truly unforgettable.

Accomodation: Dinner and overnight at the jungle resort.
Day 5

Today you will be engaged in full day jungle activities including Elephant Safari, Canoeing, Bird watching, etc. Early morning, wakeup call with tea and cookies. We proceed for Bird Watching.There are about 276 distinct varities of birds. Breakfast at the hotel and we go for Elephant briefing to learn about Asian Elephants. Afternoon Lunch. We also do the canoeing (it is the traditional dug-out canoe which takes you on the silent trip down the river with views of birds, crocodiles and different animals on the river bank) Elephant-back safari( 2-3 hrs) Guests will ride on elephant to explore the wildlife; the One-horned rhinoceros, several types of Deer, Monkeys, Wild boar, Sloth bear, Bison, Leopard and if lucky the Royal Bengal tiger.

Accomodation: Dinner and overnight at the Jungle resort.
Day 6

Wake-up calls followed by tea or coffee, and then start a village walk. Naturalist will brief you about the social and cultural aspect of the villagers and will show you their lifestyle. After Breakfast luggage down and departure from Chitwan to Kathmandu. Check in at the hotel in Kathmandu.

In the evening you will be free for Individual activities. One can go for shopping at Thamel or have good times at casino.

 

Day 7

Have breakfast at hotel. Free until departure.
