Starting with a Kathmandu heritage tour, the journey leads to Ghorepani and Poonhill for mesmerizing sunrise and sunset views. Moving into Lower Mustang, pass through charming settlements like Ghasa and Tukuche before reaching Kagbeni. Ascend to Muktinath, a sacred site revered by Hindus and Buddhists. The pilgrimage destination features a pagoda-style temple with 108 waterspouts and an eternal flame symbolizing liberation from the birth-death cycle.

Itinerary

Day 1: Welcome to Kathmandu

Day 2: Drive to Pokhara (820m/2681ft) - 6 hours

Day 3: Drive to Nayapul (1070m/3498ft) - 1:30 hours and trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m/5035ft) - 4:30 hours

Day 4: Trek to Ghorepani (2880m/9417ft) - 5 hours

Day 5: Hike to Poonhill (3210m/10496ft) -1 hours and Trek to Tadapani (2630m/8600ft)- 5 hours

Day 6: Trek to Ghasa (2010m/6572ft) - 5 to 6 hours

Day 7: Trek to Tukuche (2590m/8469ft) - 4:30 hours

Day 8: Trek to Kagbeni (2800m/9156ft) - 5 to 6 hours

Day 9: Trek to Muktinath (3760m/12295ft) - 3 to 4 hours

Day 10: Trek to Jomsom (2700m/8829ft)- 4 to 5 hours

Day 11: Fly to Pokhara (820m/2681ft) - 30 Minute

Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu (1400m/4578ft) - 6 hours

Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arriving at Kathmandu International Airport, AAN representative will greet us and take us to our assigned hotel. In the afternoon, we can rest or stroll around. We'll spend the night in Kathmandu.

Day 2

Start a day with a hotel pickup for a scenic drive to Pokhara. The six to seven-hour journey along the Prithvi highway offers breathtaking views of the Trishuli river, hills, and villages in the first half. The second half captivates with countryside landscapes and lush greenery. Upon reaching Pokhara, check into your hotel, take some time to rest, and then explore Lakeside in the evening. Enjoy captivating views of lakes and mountains. Tonight, unwind at a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 3

In the morning, post-breakfast, embark on a short one-hour drive to Nayapul, the official starting point of our trek. The trek kicks off through lush landscapes to Birethanti, a thriving town with an ethnic community. Strolling through Birethanti's streets, we traverse bamboo forests and witness waterfalls along the way. Continuing towards Ranghai, we ascend the valley until reaching the village of Tikhedhunga. Day 4

Today's adventure includes crossing a suspension bridge over a stream and ascending through stone-paved step stairs to reach Ulleri, a charming village at 2800 meters populated by the Magar community. After climbing through the village and crossing meadows, we pause for lunch at a scenic campsite. Continuing on the trail, passing two streams, and ascending to Nagenthanti, we eventually arrive at the beautiful village of Ghorepani. The village offers stunning views of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Tukuche, Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. Hiunchuli, and more. Spend the night in Ghorepani.

Day 5

Early risers, we wake up to witness the sunrise from Poonhill, a renowned viewpoint in Nepal's Annapurna region. Famous for its sunrise and sunset panoramas, Poonhill offers a mesmerizing display of golden sun rays illuminating the Annapurna massif. The panoramic vista encompasses mountains such as Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak, Nilgiri, Varaha Shikhar, Annapurna I, II, III, IV, Machhapuchhre, Lamjung Himal, and more. After soaking in the breathtaking views, we return to Ghorepani and embark on a trail leading to Tadapani. Tonight, our stay is in Tadapani.

Day 6

Our day kicks off with a trek descending to the Kali Gandaki valley, known as the world's deepest gorge, offering incredible views of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Dhaulagiri. The trail steeply descends to the Kaligandaki River, then gradually ascends until we cross a lengthy suspension bridge over the Bhalu River. Continuing our journey, we walk until we reach Dana, with the beautiful Rupse Chahara waterfall along the trail, we arrive at Ghasa, a Thakali village influenced by the Tibetan Buddhist religion. Tonight's stay is in Ghasa.

Day 7

Departing from Ghasa, our journey continues along the trail that follows the Kali Gandaki gorge. We walk steadily until reaching the Thakali village of Tukuche. Along the way, the path takes us through lush forests, rivers, bridges, and picturesque villages like Lele, Kalipani, and Kokhetethati. Today's trek offers stunning glimpses of Dhaulagiri Himal. We persist along the trail until reaching the village of Tukuche. Our accommodation for the night is in Tukuche.

Day 8

Today is a delightful day as we follow a gentle path through the village of Khobang. We traverse narrow alleyways that connect the houses in the village, and along the way, we encounter the Kanti Gompa monastery, which we take the time to visit. Continuing on our journey, we head towards Kagbeni, a picturesque village situated along the banks of the Kali Gandaki River. Tonight's accommodation is in Kagbeni.

Day 9

Today, our journey involves ascending to Muktinath, a revered spiritual hub in the Annapurna region, significant for both Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. The place attracts numerous dedicated Hindu pilgrims. Our ascent begins with reaching Khingar and navigating through a fortress-like village called Jharkot. Following a trail leading to Muktinath, we arrive at this sacred destination. Tonight's accommodation is in Muktinath.

Day 10

Early in the morning, we embark on a walk to Muktinath to relish amazing views of the Annapurna mountain range. After soaking in the mountainous splendor, we descend to Jomsom, concluding our circuit walk around the Annapurna region. With this, we successfully complete our Lower Mustang Trek. Tonight, savor the warm hospitality of the local people in Jomsom.

Day 11

Today, an early flight takes us to Pokhara. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to the hotel. Take the time to relax and enjoy the amenities at the hotel in Pokhara. In the evening, we have the option to stroll down to the lakeside and revel in the serene environment.

Day 12

Wrapping up our journey, we drive back through the same route along the Prithvi Highway to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. In the evening, we'll gather for a special farewell dinner to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. We'll spend the night in Kathmandu.

Day 13

Today our adventure in Nepal come at the end to say good bye. Collecting memories we proceed for the airport. Our representative will escorts you to the airport.
