Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Charaudi rafting to Kuringhat.
We embark on our journey from Kathmandu at 6:00 am, heading towards the rafting point in Charaudi. Exiting the Kathmandu Valley and tracing the Prithvi Highway, a brief drive along a winding road leads us to the commencement of our adventure. En route, we enjoy breakfast and arrive at the spot, preparing for the exhilarating rafting expedition on the Trisuli River. It is recommended to change into more comfortable and water-friendly attire. Prior to entering the river, a 20-minute briefing covers the sport and safety tips, including designated areas for swimming or cliff jumping during the tour. Our excursion concludes at Kuringhat, 22 km from the starting point, with an optional extension to Gaighat, 46 km away. Following the completion of the trip, we have lunch and depart for Kathmandu around 3:00 pm. Upon reaching Kathmandu, we retire to our respective hotel.
