Adventure Advisor Nepal is dedicated to providing you with the best service, and we accept bookings based on the terms and conditions outlined below.

Upon confirmation of your trip, we require a photocopy of your passport and a 20% advance deposit of the total price, covering flight tickets, hotel booking, and permit processes. The remaining amount can be settled upon your arrival at our office. Full payment is necessary before the trip begins. For last-minute bookings within a week, the full amount must be paid in advance.

Payments can be made through bank transfer, Western Union, money grams, or credit card. Choose the method that suits you best. Clients are responsible for any bank service charges incurred during the deposit.

Credit card payments are accepted only for MasterCard and Visa Card, with clients bearing an additional 4.5% processing fee.

Upon receiving a photocopy of your passport and a 20% advance deposit, we will send you a final confirmation receipt.

Risk & Liabilities:

We are devoted to offering top-notch services to ensure your journey is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We conduct our programs in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan in strict adherence to their respective policies and regulations.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of trip cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, the following charges will apply:

Less than 60 days in advance:20%

Less than 45 days in advance:25%

Less than 30 days in advance:50%

Less than 15days in advance:75%

Less than 10days in advance:80%

One or after the starting date: No refund will be made.

Travel Insurance:

It is mandatory for all our clients to have comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency helicopter rescue evacuation, trip cancellation, loss of gear, natural calamities, theft, and damage to baggage and personal effects.

Program Changes/Delays:

Please be aware that the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include weather hazards, landslides, political unrest, road blockages, avalanches, sudden illness, etc. While the program can be adjusted based on client interests, the company reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, and similar events.
