Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 2: Fly to Pokhara (25 minutes) and Drive to Nayapul (1:30 hour) then trek to Tikhedhunga (4 Hours):

Itinerary

Day 1

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, a friendly representative from Adventure Advisor Nepal will be there to greet us and provide transportation to our designated hotel. Enjoy overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2

In the morning, our team will pick up from our hotel and transfer to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu Airport. After boarding a flight to Pokhara, we'll touch down at Pokhara Airport. Upon arrival, a brief drive of approximately one hour takes us to Nayapul, the actual starting point of our trek. From Nayapul, we embark on a scenic walk through lush landscapes, making our way to Birethanti, a thriving town with a diverse ethnic population. Navigating through the streets of Birethanti, we traverse bamboo forests and encounter a picturesque waterfall along the way. Continuing our journey, we proceed towards Ranghai and ascend the valley until we reach the charming village of Tikhedhunga. Tonight's accommodation will be at Tikhedhunga, where we can rest and rejuvenate.

Day 3

Today, we navigate a suspension bridge over a stream, ascend stone-paved steps to Ulleri at 2800 meters, a large village inhabited by the Magar community. We cross meadows to a lunch stop at a campsite. Continuing, we pass two streams, ascend to Nagenthanti, and hike to the scenic village of Ghorepani. Witness stunning views of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Tukuche, Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. Hiunchuli, and more. Tonight, we lodge in Ghorepani.

Day 4

Early risers, we awaken to seize the sunrise spectacle at Poon Hill, a renowned vantage point in Nepal's Annapurna region. This popular spot is celebrated for its captivating sunrise and sunset displays, offering panoramic vistas of the Annapurna mountain range. The radiant golden sun rays illuminating the Annapurna massif create a breathtaking scene. The panoramic canvas features mountains such as Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Tukuche Peak, Mt. Nilgiri, Mt. VarahaShikhar, Mt. Annapurna I, II, III, IV, Mt. Machhapuchhre, LamjungHimal, and more, enhancing the allure of this location. After relishing these awe-inspiring views, we trace our steps back to Ghorepani, embarking on a trail that guides us to Tadapani. Tonight, our accommodations are nestled in a welcoming guesthouse or lodge in Tadapani.

Day 5

Today's descent leads us through verdant rhododendron and oak forests, following a trail that winds through dense woodlands to Chomorong. This picturesque village, home to the Gurung community, serves as a gateway to the Annapurna Sanctuary, where the warmth of Gurung hospitality awaits. Continuing our journey from Chomorong, we descend further, navigating stone-paved stairs and crossing a lengthy suspension bridge over the Chomorongriver. The trail then leads us up a rocky path until we reach the village of Sinuwa.

Day 6

Heading to Deurali, wander through the captivating forest towards Kuldahar. Reach the Annapurna Conservation Area Project check post. Descend to Dovan on a damp trail through bamboo and rhododendron. Continue to Hotel Himalaya for stunning views of a glacial lake. Ascend to Hinku Cave, a historic camp for Annapurna I climbers. Descend through scenic landscapes to the peaceful village of Deurali. Today we spend the night in the charming village of Deurali.

Day 7

Departing the tranquil village of Deurali, we descend to a glacial river, setting our sights on Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Continuing our journey from Machhapuchhre Base Camp, we advance toward the awe-inspiring Annapurna Base Camp. Along the way, relish the breathtaking views of MachhapuchhreHimal, Annapurna Himal, Gangapurna, and Hiunchuli.

Passing through the natural gateway to the Annapurna Sanctuary, we ascend until we reach the majestic Annapurna Base Camp. The panoramic vistas at the base camp unfold a valley embraced by towering peaks of the Annapurna range and glistening glaciers. The stunning scenery at the base camp easily erases any tiredness from the week-long trek. Overnight in a captivating paradise of base camp situated on the lap of the huge Annapurna massive.

Day 8

In the early morning, a helicopter will fetch us from Annapurna Base Camp right after breakfast. As the helicopter gracefully soars over the region, soak in the breathtaking views of the unique landscapes below. Touching down at Pokhara airport, we'll also be treated to scenic vistas of Pokhara City and the serene Phewa Lake during the flight.

Upon arrival, we'll be guided to a hotel in Pokhara. With the remaining time, explore the charming spots around Pokhara. Tonight, we'll find comfort at a cozy hotel in Pokhara where a pleasant stay awaits us.

Day 9

Wrapping up our journey, we board a return flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu. In just 25 minutes, we'll transition from the scenic landscapes of Pokhara to the vibrant city of Kathmandu. Upon arrival, we'll be transported to a hotel in Kathmandu.In the evening, a warm farewell dinner will be hosted by AAN. During this delightful dinner, we will have the opportunity to savor authentic Nepalese cuisine, giving a taste of the rich culinary culture of the country. The night's accommodation awaits in the heart of Kathmandu.

Day 10

Today marks the end of our adventure in Nepal! A representative from AAN will accompany us to the airport about 3 hours before our flight. If we want to extend our stay in Nepal, we can ask AAN to arrange more adventurous activities for a few extra days, or we fly back to our home country with plenty of cherished memories
